Refund Policy

  • At Themes4u, we value customer satisfaction. However, refunds are subject to specific conditions to ensure fairness for both buyers and our platform.

    Eligibility for a Refund

    A buyer may request a refund only if the following conditions are met:

    1. Product Issues: If the product has a functional error and our support team fails to provide a solution.
    2. Undownloaded Purchase: If the buyer has not downloaded the product after completing the purchase (we maintain logs for all downloads).
    3. Non-Functional Product: If the product is completely non-functional (applicable only to themes and plugins).
    4. No Support Response: If our support team fails to respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends) after a support request has been placed.

    Before Requesting a Refund

    Buyers are encouraged to seek a solution before submitting a refund request:

    🔹 Review the product description for possible solutions.
    🔹 Contact our dedicated support team for assistance.
    🔹 Search for solutions on Google, community forums, or social media groups.

    When Refunds Are Not Applicable

    Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

    Change of Mind: If the buyer decides not to use the product after purchasing.
    Accidental Purchase: If the buyer purchased the wrong product or already downloaded the item.
    Lack of Cooperation: If the buyer fails to provide the necessary access requested by the support team for troubleshooting.
    Discounted Items: If the product was purchased at a special or discounted price.
    Late Requests: If the refund request is not made within 30 days after the purchase, or the buyer has not raised a support ticket for the issue.
